Teddy Roosevelt National Park

We explored Teddy Roosevelt National Park today.  It was established in 1978 and is the only American national park named directly after a single person.  It is a very scenic park with many different rock formations.  We say herds of bison and also stray ones just walking in the middle of the road.  We also saw towns of prairie dogs, feral horses, and deer.

In the evening we treated ourselves to a "Pitchfork Steak Fondue" dinner.  The chefs load steaks onto pitchforks and fondue them "western style".  The dinner came with sides of baked beans, texas toast, baked potato, cole slaw, fruit, raw veggies, and a brownie for desert.
