Fairbanks

We left Delta Junction this morning and drove to Fairbanks.  On the way we stopped at the North Pole.  The North Pole is a city in Alaska that is known for its year-round Christmas decorations, including candy cane stripped street lights.  We stopped at the Santa Claus house that has everything you could ever want related to Christmas.  They also have a full time Santa that was very entertaining to watch.  It rained most of the day, so we didn't take many pictures.  We are camping at the Rivers Edge campground in Fairbanks.  It is located right next to the Chena river.  We have a great campsite that is close to the river.  We will be staying in Fairbanks a few days.
