Wasilla

We moved this morning to Wasilla, Alaska.  It is the home to former governor, Sarah Palin.  We found a nice public campground on the south shore of Lake Lucille.  There is no water or sewage at the site, but we do have electricity.

This afternoon we visited the headquarters of the Iditarod Race.  We really enjoyed the visit. It was very educational and RoxAnne got to hold a 10 day old puppy.  We also took a short ride on a cart that was connected to a team of Iditarod dogs. Most of the dogs actually participated in this year's race.  Go to https://youtu.be/Cjat87dwWU0 to see a video of Rox and I being pulled by dogs.
